1) Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.
If an issue arises with your appliance, it will be handled through our warranty exchange policy. Eligible appliances may be exchanged according to the warranty terms listed below.
If an appliance does not fit the customer’s space, it may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
The appliance must be in the same condition as purchased, and the customer must contact us before returning it.
Customers may bring the appliance back to select another unit.
If delivery is requested for the replacement appliance, a standard delivery fee applies.
Every appliance includes warranty coverage starting on the delivery date:
Fridges: 6-month warranty covering cooling and freezing performance
Washers, Dryers, Sets, Stoves: 3-month warranty covering operational performance
If an appliance develops an issue while under warranty, customers can contact us right away by phone or email. After reviewing the situation, we will decide whether to resolve the problem or provide a suitable replacement. Any warranty solution will be offered at no cost to the customer.
For customers outside Calgary, Airdrie, or Chestermere who experience an issue while still under warranty, the appliance must be brought to our store. We will determine whether the best solution is to address the issue or provide a replacement, and either option will be offered at no cost to the customer.
5) If a customer is out of warranty
If an appliance develops an issue after the warranty period has ended, customers can contact us by phone or email. We will determine whether the best option is to address the problem or offer a replacement appliance. Either option is available at a discounted cost.
For customers outside of Calgary, Airdrie, or Chestermere, appliances must be brought to our store so we can assess the issue and offer the appropriate solution or replacement. Discounted pricing applies in these situations as well.
